ABOUT US OEC is a London based consultancy company that organizes workshops to develop the skills and know-how of professionals located in the Caspian, Black Sea and Central Asia regions. We aim to provide clients with relevant vocational training that bridges the gap of theory and practice. TRAINING Distinguished and experienced practitioners in the fields of Higher Education, Science, and Law are selected by OEC to mentor professionals on how to best improve their skills and knowledge base. The workshops are small, limited to 12 delegates, intensive, and held in a modern executive meeting room. CONSULTANCY OEC is able to offer White Papers, Expert Reports, and Of Council services to law firms and in-house lawyers.
