I am a very friendly lady with many qualifications and 55 years of life experience (very high 'highs' and very low 'lows'!). I have an eye for detail, and monitoring quality has always featured throughout my career. I was a Chief Examiner for OCR Examinations Board for many years and wrote examination papers in word processing and desktop publishing to advanced level. I was also responsible for checking and moderating Senior Examiners' work to ensure that it was error free and met all the required criteria. In addition I have produced quality assurance reports for publications which OCR have endorsed. I have carried out hotel inspections for the English Tourist Board, educational inspections for OFSTED, and am skilled (I think!) at giving constructive feedback. Preparing and marking written material, and writing reports, has always played am important part in my life. I also have extensive public relations experience, with customer satisfaction being a high priority. I have advanced IT skills and aim for perfection in any task I undertake. I am motivated, enthusiastic, a good organiser, and very skilled at giving quality presentations. I am a supporter of The Apostrophe Protection Society (!) and I love meeting and talking to people. Most of all I absolutely love all animals! That's me!
