After 60+ days the project was not completed by CobraWebServices. The job was almost complete, and a 50% progress payment had been made. We were/are very happy with the product to date, but still have not heard back from Tom. After numerous unanswered messages we have had to cut our losses and report the job incomplete. We are disappointed as this has cost us the progress payment and now we have had to re-post.
