I am always looking for reliable talented developers. One of my biggest problems is developers seem to tell you everything that you want to hear but then completely change their hard working, enthusiastic attitude after the work is awarded to them. I need honest developers that are not going to constantly request that I send money to them before the job is even close to being completed to my satisfaction. I am not looking for a developer that will respond during the vetting process but then not respond after they are awarded the job. It drives me nuts! I also am not looking for a developer that is just going to pass my job to someone else. I want to work with the actual developer.
