On behalf of my company, I am a service buyer in various areas IT development. Following guidelines must be observed with all providers: 1. All payments are through GAF 2. Under no circumstances will funds be released from escrow until the project has been verifiably completed. 3. Prepayment is not an option. 4. A missed deadline will most likely result in a lost project. 5. If you don't have a portfolio, then don't bid on my projects 6. If you have bad feedback, then don't bid on my projects 7. If you can't provide daily updates, then don't bid on my projects Looking for freelancers who use e-mail, communicate well, communicate often and who always meet or beat their deadlines. I will escrow all payments and will not, under any circumstances, pay in advance for work. If you meet or beat deadline I will always rate 10.
