I received my master’s degree after studying at the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, Switzerland, as well as an exchange year at the Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade do Porto. My working life includes experiences at varied architectural offices in Munich, London, Porto and Barcelona, before I began concentrating on 3D modelling and architectural visualisation. I’ve been working with 3D for the last ten years, from university where I used mainly AutoCAD and 3ds Max, to jobs using Allplan and ArchiCAD. In 2003 I started work for an architectural visualisation firm in Geneva, Switzerland, where I was responsible for CAAD 3D modelling in Allplan, scene setup and rendering in Cinema 4D, and postproduction and graphic design using Photoshop and Illustrator. Since September 2006 I’ve been working as a freelance architect and designer in Barcelona, where I founded [login to view URL], a project to combine architectural visualisation with the interactivity of the web and virtual reality.
