• Design solution architecture for enterprise applications and in-house applications. • Manage critical in-house software development projects like Foreign Trade Settlement Software, Security OMS Software, Online Stock Trading Software, Trade & Security Reconciliation Software etc. • Manage implementation of new products, functional modules in Core Banking System Flexcube. • Communication and collaboration with task stakeholders including department heads, project office. • Ensuring that the technical processes to be used to translate the requirements into deliverables are defined and integrated into the project's process and in planning, monitoring and control. • Coordinating with other groups, such as business development, human resources, infrastructure and system administration to meet the needs of the project. • Identifies inefficient business processes and enabling technology and recommends solutions to alleviate business problems and/or enhance business processes. • Participates in designing use case using UML, as well as preparing user documentation and training manuals. • Negotiate service level agreements with vendors. • Interact with regulatory bodies (BSEC, DSE, CSE & CDBL) for clarifications/ updates/ enhancements, interface with business units. • Analyze, Develop and upgrade in-house capital market operation software with ASP.NET MVC, C#, T-SQL, Ajax, JQuery, CSS & JavaScript. • Help to develop IT strategy in a way to support the company’s business objectives, build Technology framework, and ensure the roadmap is aligned with business goals. • Maintain close tie up with Bloomberg Finance to support Bloomberg terminal in IDLC.
