I have several years experience in the call center industry and have excellent written and verbal skills. Throughout the years under the call center industry in the Philippines I have learned to adapt to stressful situations and am very organized even under pressure. I have excellent typing skills and have learned to use touch typing as my technique in typing. Able to continue to learn and grow and become a integral part of any company being a small to even a large corporate company. Willing to be under shifting schedule and properly trained under the company that would hire me.
