I have involved in Customer Retention, Value Added Services (VAS) and Mass communication range with responsibility at Product Management, Product Solution, Content Program Officer, Revenue Enhancement, Creative Design, Produced Merchandising, Branding, Program officer, BTL Planning, Media Relation and Event’s organizer. My current experiences as Mass Communication for Cellular at Indosat tbk ( Telco’s Service Provider) My additional experience is Graphics Design, Web application and Setup for Printing Media.
