Providing excellent customer service for me is not a passion, it's a crusade. Because for me, if you provide excellent customer service, resulting in a high level of satisfaction for the customer, then when it's my turn to be the customer, I know I deserve it that I can demand the same level of excellent customer service. That said, thoughout my work experience, I have striven to practice providing such high level of customer service, and imparting my "crusade" with my co-workers.
