Elif G.

I was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey. Went to an all American middle and high school and moved to San Jose, California for my college education. I stayed in the Bay Area for about a year after I graduated, and worked for an advertising agency as an intern graphic designer. Then I moved bask to Istanbul to continue my graphic design degree, and I've worked at an advertising agency and a publishing house ever since. While working for the publishing house, my writing and translating skills were stumbled upon by my creative director, so I picked up a few editing and translating assignments at my time there as well. Now, I am freelancing both as a graphic designer and Turkish-English translator.
