I was a Senior IT Trainer at New Horizons Computer Learning Centre, Manchester, before joining IT Base, Manchester as Applications Training Manager and IT Trainer. Now working as a freelance trainer for my company Clarity IT Consultancy Ltd. My portfolio of teaching qualifications include PGCE in Further, Adult and Higher Education; City & Guilds A1 NVQ Assessors Award; and City & Guilds 7407 Certificate in Teaching Adult Education, Stage 1 & 2. I also have the following IT professional qualifications: Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor, Versions 97, 2000, XP, 2003; MCDST Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician; and IC3 – Internet and Computing Core Certification.
