Scope of the Project
This Product is to update the Scores in the remote server Ball By Ball. The Application which was made is to have minimum number of clicks and no key board data on it starting from Creating a Match, Selection of Players, Recording a Match, and where you can even redo or undo the ball before files are transferred through FTP. Before Creating The Matches The Team Name and Player Names are entered into the database before creating the matched the data as to be retrieved from the database and then done as required.
My Contribution
My Role was to design the FTP to transfer the files, from our system to the ftp Server. Also to develop the Bowl Out details which is been by the ICC for th clients and also record match Ball By Ball and Transfer it to the Ftp Server.

Scope of the Project
This Software is Basically on Socket Programming where a system(acts like a Server) it Listens if any connection establish then it waits for some data, and receives the data then sents an acknowledgement and closes the. The data i.e. Images are been transferred is Pixel By Pixel. This images are shown in the Server.
The Data as to be formatted into the Frame which is created and a CRC is calculated. Here CRC 16 is used. The data which is converted is transferred and then in the Server the Error is calculated if error is Present in sends a negative Acknowledgement or Postive Acknowledgement. The Data which is Received is transferred to a RS 232 Board for display of Scores.

Up Converter is a device which converts an Intermediate Frequency Signal to Radio Frequency. This device can be operated within the system itself nor through remote mode (that is it by an RS232 interface). This remote mode axis was built by VC++ using MFC AppWizard Application. Were a software was built to communicate with it. Technique used to communicate is create a handle i.e. CreateFile Function Open the port COM1 or COM2 and communicate with it.

Scope of the Project
Beacon Tracking Receiver is a device which tells the antenna gain. This can be controlled manual nor through RS232 port. The software used here is will communicate with the Beacon through RS232 port and draw a real time graph. That is noise verses Signal. There is a possibility that the Satellite may loose the axis and move +/- some degree. The Beacon receiver gain decreases. The Software has to send commands to the Antenna Controller and move the antenna +/-5degree Technique used to communicate is create a handle i.e. CreateFile Function Open the port COM1 or COM2 and communicate with it.
This Software can also draw a real time graph of the Tracking Receiver. Frequency vs gain. Similar to Spectrum Analyzer technique used here is GDI function.

Scope of the Project
File Transfer Protocol is a software used to communicate with the server and access files in it. It is similar to windows Explorer. The Software is built which reads the files from the the system and from the Server.
From system it will read the files using the function FindFirstFiles and FindNextFiles, to read from the server it has to open the connection that is InternetOpen port number 21 and then InternetConnect and Find Files using the function FtpFindFirstFiles and FtpFindNextFiles. The Output is similar to Windows Explorer even the icon reading from Registry.
