communication is good. the only issue (constructive feedback from me), it is good to know what your customer wants. but, when it comes to design some customers like me might not even know what they really want and need. they will have a basic idea/concept. but, expecting them to give feedback after feedback without any newer version of a design will be impossible. 1. you will have to show newer iterations for someone like me to arrive at a design decision. We are not as creative as you to visualize everything on our less creative brain. 2. don't be afraid to try some new design concepts. While, i was working i was always told NO, THIS IS THE STANDARD TO FOLLOW. I do understand that standards are good to follow. But, when we have a newer or better way of representing information, we sure do have to take a new approach. We can't be saying NO, THIS IS THE STANDARD and I WON'T MOVE FROM THIS COMFORT ZONE. This won't work especially when one is trying to change things a little. In Summary, on your next design hire, ask them what is their concept. Visualize it for them and present it a few ways for them to choose and then design a good PSD for them (Don't say you have very little elements for me to design something convincing)
