Audited Information Systems for compliance with federal information security governance such as, DCID 6/3, National Security Agency’s System and Network Attack Center (NSA SNAC) secure configuration guidelines, and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) computer security configuration guidelines for Certification and Accreditation (C&A). Managed Local Area Network, which consisted of: Multiple Cisco routers, Multiple Alcatel switches, Multiple MS NT 4.0 Servers, MS IIS Servers, MS Proxy Server, MS Exchange Server and network protocols such as: TCP/IP, DHCP, WINS and DNS. Managed and trained junior technicians to maintain 1000+ NT workstations on LAN, maintain software inventory and control, manage customer helpdesk to support 5000+ users and evaluated staff performance.
