He would say, 'delivered' but it's a MP4 clip, where it lacked any detail or visual accomplishment of his work. I raised issues, but he insist everything would be delivered in minutes, and gone for several days, without responding to me at all. It turned out he was working on another project. When he's not available, clients should be aware of his numerous tactics, or just don't hire him. There are plenty of good freelancers.
