New NPS Removal Application
Used by Supervisors/managers to submit irrelevant Net Promoter Score to removal. SUPERVISOR ACCESS allows to: * submit a request (recorded on a separated spreadsheet not accessible without the app) * The sending of an email is set to the agents and the Manager, mentioning the post and the details of the request * the supervisor to check the status of the requests and chase the manager for approval. MANAGERS ACCESS allows to: * check the pending requests * approve or decline the request * add a comment WHAT NEXT? All the approved request are exported to the NPS Monthly report and taken in account for the Management Reports and Agents Performances. Please find attached a quick guide to the application sent to supervisors and managers, as a backup after training.
