We are looking to hire a virtual assistant to help us with our online resale business. This position would require some training on the specific items we sell. You will start with some tasks and then increase with additional tasks.

The platforms we use: Asana, Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, ListPerfectly, WIX and our own system/app.

The work includes the following:

- document our inventory purchases
- generate our listing descriptions
- compile our listing photos
- document our sales.

Here is a brief description of the work that is required at various workflow stages:

1. INVENTORY PURCHASES
a. Take the screenshot we’ll send of our inventory purchase receipts and input that data into our Inventory Purchases form. Details include things like purchase price, date of purchase, payment method, item name, purchase site, gemstone type, gemstone size, collection, diamond total carat weight.

1) Copy images from source website or edit existing high resolution images
2) Crop to specified size (but still use best element of image)
3) Optimize to no bigger than 150kb per image
4) Ability to edit/crop/fill images (Match colours etc.)
5) Create new woocommerce product (including variable products)
6) Create variable products from standard products (if source products are the same but just different colours, sizes etc.)
7) Add images to product variation for every product variation (usually colours)
8) Create global swatch colour and size attributes
9) Copy description and product information from source website or catalogue
10) Add Packing information if available
11) Add a dimension image(s) to aid clarity of product
