Unfortunately, this project was not a smooth ride. I had this project done by two designers, in parallel, just to be on the safe side. From the get go it was clear that the quality of Andrei's work far exceeded the quality of the other worker I had picked. It was roughly a two week project. We were off to a very good start, but suddenly Andrei became slow to react and the work he delivered also seemed to suffer. In the end, Andrei overshot the deadline by two days and was very hard to reach. I nearly ended up cancelling the project through arbitration. Given previous experiences with Andrei, I expected more. Long story short; the design work that Andrei delivers is really first class; better than I have gotten from any designer so far. The reliability on the other hand was a big problem during this project.
