Typical flow is: Market analysis then market requirements. Next is product requirements followed by product launch plan. Develop all collateral to support the product and sale of product. This includes packaging, product literature, product brochures, complete website development (HTML & CSS), presentations and press releases. Establish meeting with press, editors, industry analysts and potential partners. Seek and participate at all relevant speaking opportunities. When budgets for advertising are available, I create ads, negotiate ad placement and organize tradeshow events. I can do all this work myself, or coach in-house teams.
