  “Mihai Puscasu made me waste 2 months of my life and hours of work trying to explain requirements that were clear enough from the beginning and that he agreed to for the bid amount. I treated him with nothing but respect and patience even when he stalled and half-heartedly updated the project with lots of mistakes. And in the end, when the work was near completion, he retracted from the project saying he couldn't do it for the money we agreed upon, leaving me on square 1. There were never additions, it was clear from the beginning and this guy is just irresponsible and has caused me a lot of problems. On my 50+ projects here on this has been by far the worst experience, stay away from user herod.”
