This freelancer definitely knows his stuff and other positive reviews are accurate. I am fussy about how things are done so my expectations are probably above average. There were some tricky bits to this project which tested everyone's patience at times, but there are a lot of facets to implementing a secure payment system. My advice to anyone considering such a project is to assume that it will take longer than you think and there will be unexpected wrinkles, regardless of how well prepared you are!
