Reports Online is a company that was initially created as a repository of Annual Reports, however, less than a year after its creation, EdgarOnline, a website created by the SEC made our idea obsolete. Since then, the company had various functions, including data processing, website development and Client/Server application development. In 2006, we created a training portal that has been our primary business, providing 1000's of training registrations since.

I began as a Escalation Team member, working with international districts that had HP Server (Proliant) issues that were reproduceable, indicating that the issue was in fact a product flaw. We were an intermediary between the regional support teams and the software developers. I moved into the Software Systems support group, whose task is to review the software code and submit bug fixes to the developers for inclusion in the upcoming release of the software.
