I have been in customer service for around 13 years and have been doing technical support over the phone for the past 4 years. I like to build computers and maintain them for clients. I have a diverse work background and love to learn. I've never worked somewhere that hasn't given me more and more job duties because I always step up to the plate. I do make mistakes sometimes but I learn fast and don't make them twice.
