My career started from working for GE Medical Systems and then moving to Oracle and being an IT consultant for years. I used to be a Coldfusion developer and worked on distributed computing before moving into the world of Oracle application servers. I was part of the Y2K effort and worked extensively in solving complex ERP issues for a variety of Public and Private enterprises. I started a successful automotive business in USA and grew to a $100 Million turnover corporation. My love for IT development however led me to write an entire ERP for automotive industry from Sales, Service, CRM, Inventory Management, HR, Marketing all inclusive along with Apps for mobile iOS and Android platforms. I understand business at macro and micro levels. I have been leading teams as large 70 individuals in USA and I have real world experience of working with Sales, Service, white collar, blue collar workers and I am very experienced Salesperson as well as HR manager on top of being a technologist. I have provided my expertise to large corporation such as Cox enterprises and several Credit Unions and banks which are involved with Automotive industry. Beside Automotive, I have huge expertise in Construction industry as I have personally developed Commercial real estate and own several commercial properties. At the moment, I am involved with a development of an ERP for construction industry as well. My focus is to create a pipeline between customers from any social media platforms and shop and its managers with an assistance from AI, bots.
