I have a passion for seeing positive change and growth - not only in people but the organisation that I work with. Put simply - I want to make a difference. This desire to make an impact has seen my career take a number of different pivots. Starting my career in Operations I got to be a part of the 'engine room'. My path naturally led to becoming an expert in Diversity & Inclusion where I was the first ever Diversity Manager at Cricket Australia. As a naturally curious individual, I became interested in the nuances of different industries. This eventually led me down a generalist HR path with experience within a number of different industries - sport, leisure/recreation, healthcare, professional services and FMCG. My most recent position was the Head of P&C at the Corval Group (FMCG company) that has specialised in bringing quality European food to Australians for the past 70 years. My previous position was a strategic People & Culture Manager at ShineWing Australia - a leading international Asia Pacific accounting and advisory firm. This role provided me the opportunity to create a number of new and innovative programs that had significant change management implications. At Mercy Health I worked on change management projects whilst providing sound HR advice to senior leaders to achieve business outcomes. I got to deep dive in ER/IR matters as well as OD initiatives. At BOUNCEinc, I was the People and Culture Manager (reporting to the CEO) and a true HR generalist; leading all things including Recruitment, ER, Rem&Ben, People & Performance Management and Health & Well-being. At Cricket Australia, I worked on strategic leadership and culture change projects by engaging key stakeholders, implementing diversity training initiatives, and fostering an inclusive and high performing environment. At Tennis Australia I was involved in the conception of Tennis Hot Shots and Cardio Tennis. I managed the high performance wheelchair team and related tours, as well as taking the lead on creating tournaments for people with an intellectual disability. I also has gained experience in marketing, event and team management at both Tennis Australia and Cricket Australia. Outside of work, I love getting out and about, whether it's enjoying some Bikram Yoga, boxing, enjoying an Australian Pinot Noir or simply catching up with friends and family.
