- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

-Configurations involving Mikrotik Systems(PPPoE client/server,PPTP,EOIP,OSPF etc)
-Nodes and network devices management via ICMP,SNMP etc
-Fast Incident Response
-Communication management between different ISP
-End Users LAN/WAN problems and CPE configuration
-ZTE, VSOL, HUAWEI OLT EPON/GPON configuration and troubleshooting
-Wireless links configuration(AP configuration and P2P links)
-Level 3 client support remotely and onsite
-IPTV Server Monitoring(Encoder/Edge server)
-Config and upgrade different firmware of the onu devices
