Always asks payment in advance, Too many excuses made by this freelancer, like power issues, friend accident, friend death, kid death and heavy raing bla bla. I created milestone in advance but he asks to release payment in advance before completing work. I paid him advance several times but he is unable to do fixes when I wants, I am waiting to get fixes done since last 13 days, which should not take more than 15 minutes.
