I have passed mechanical engineering from Thapar University, Patiala in 2010 with C.G.P.A. 7.34.Qualified Energy Audit exam in 2014, which was conducted by BEE. Presently working as an Energy auditor and manager in energy management department of an integrated steel plant(ISP). I have more than six year experience in huge data handling, analysis and decision making. Here I take care all the energy and specific energy consumption (Coal, Coke, by product gases (Corex gas, LD gas, BF gas, Coke oven gas), water, special gases (Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon), Power) calculation of plant and reporting the same to the higher management in the form of MIS report, Gas balancing, Billing of the vendor companies those provide special gases, Billing of the energy sells to other companies, also coordinate in energy saving projects. I am also coordinating for PAT M & V & Mandatory energy audit .I also coordinate for the compliance of corporate sustainability reporting for energy related data. I also coordinate with five oxygen plants of capacity 11055 TPD (Largest oxygen plant complex at a one location in world) in the field of operation & maintenance, Shut-down planning, Contractual compliance & financially for uninterrupted supply of special gases for steel making requirement. I have experience in analyzing financial impact of different terms and clauses of agreement (Agreement done b/w ISP and O2 plants for special gases supply), By product gas supply agreement (ISP) to other companies), and suggesting the management suitable solutions Coordinated for due diligence of an oxygen plant for smooth takeover of by ISP I have exposure of operation and maintenance of byproduct and special gas pipe line, also worked on the SCADA system for gas balancing in real time and reducing the flaring of byproduct and special gases by maximization of utilization of gases. Trained in all the Du pont corporate safety standards I am a core member of team for documentation and implementation of IMS (Integrated management system) and SAP for departmental activities. I have actively worked for documentation, implementation and Certification of ISO 9001:2008, EMS 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 for the Energy Management Department and successfully got certification of ISO 9001:2008, EMS 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 for the department. I am also an internal auditor of ISO 9001:2008, EMS 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. Currently we are working for implementation of SA8000. I am also a team member of six sigma project. I am actively coordinating with accenture team for implementation of different modules (PP, PM, MM, FI, CO, SD) of SAP for the various departmental activities.
