Over the last 6 years I've been working to support clients' need from two popular US-based companies and has always delivered excellent results. I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a healthcare account( Blue Cross & Blue Shield of New Jersey for 3 years, I got promoted to a position of Claim Adjuster because of my hard work and consistent excellent performance.I am currently working for a Financial account supporting (Wells Fargo Bank) as a Process Developer, I used to be a Process Associate and got promoted to this position as a reward for great performance and very good working attitude, after only two month I got promoted again to a Team Lead Position supporting 39 phone bankers which developed my flexibility, strategic thinking and the ability to manage people. During these years of employment I have always exceeded our clients expectations in all areas and has always maintained a good track record of quality work and commendable work ethics.
