An attorney and entrepreneur, I have counseled and advised clients in legal matters, business operations and strategic planning for 45 years. Receiving a law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, I specialize in corporate, IT, and entertainment/media law, commercial transactions and intellectual property. I have negotiated and drafted the full range of corporate and commercial agreements and have guided many companies through the initial phases of operation. My experience as a litigator includes serving as sole counsel in litigation against Oracle Corporation for claims of misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of contract and against PolyGram Records for breach of contract and unfair competition, and as co-counsel against DreamWorks for copyright infringement.
