Responsible for transcribing dictations of physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient assessment, workup, therapeutic procedures, clinical courses, diagnosis, prognosis, etc., in order to provide permanent records of patient care and facilitate delivery of health care. I am also responsible for the overall management of a group of transcriptionists to ensure good quality output of reports.
