- Over 3 years of experience working at call center and near about a year of
experience with telesales from home.
- Strong knowledge of processes and principles for providing personal and
customer services.
- Strong understanding of methods and principles for showing, selling, and
promoting products and services including product demonstration, marketing
strategy and tactics, sales control system, and sales techniques.
We handled different campaigns in the US, Canada and in Asia. We’ve worked with different industries specifically Financial Industry (tax reduction, acctng, insurance), Merchant Services (cash advance, credit card processing), IT Products and Services, Business to Consumer and Business to Business. Currently we specialize in Commercial Cleaning, Janitorial Services and Special Services (our forte). We also did some effective call to invite campaigns suited for seminars and webinars.
All of the Leads and/or Appointments that I’ll be passing on are qualified and I assure you that they meet your specifications. I cannot guarantee yet the number of success calls I can provide you since it would really depend on the specifications you’re going to give me, but based on my past experience, I can generate at least two (2) appointments in a day.

Brian did not complete the work. He did half of it and was supposed to finish the rest starting this Monday. I cannot reach him and he has not delivered satisfactory results.
