Participated in requirements elicitation of a system for RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) for a multinational company in the IT process. Flows created using BPM Software BizAgi and Bonita , I performed with two prototypes Tools: Balsamiq mockups and axureRP , created documents lifting requirements in Enterprise Architect with UML designs and participated in the validation of deliverables with the client at the end of the project .
