I have been working as an Architectural/Civil Draughts person at Design Consultancy Associates, Panadura, Sri Lanka. The company mainly undertakes all aspects of civil engineering designs of residential, commercial and public buildings. During my stay with the company, I was able to gain thorough knowledge in the following activities; Preparation of architectural working drawings (Manual and computer aided drafting using AutoCAD software package) of residential, commercial and public buildings such as, up to three storey residential buildings and multi-storey buildings for shopping complexes, offices, hospitals etc. Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Material List and Cost Estimates Preparation of roof, ceiling, door & window detail drawings and preparation of taking of timber list Preparation of RCC structural detail drawings, taking of material list Taking of measurements at building sites and preparation of as built drawings I have an ability of English typing.
