Pramod

Hi, I’m Pramod Kumar. I have over 18 years of experience in software development, primarily working with the Microsoft technology stack. My core expertise is in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, Azure, React, and microservices. I have worked across domains including telecom, hospitality, healthcare, and enterprise applications. In my recent work, I have been involved in designing and developing scalable APIs, database optimization, asynchronous processing, RabbitMQ-based messaging, payment and invoice workflows, and production troubleshooting. I also have experience with architectural design, code reviews, mentoring developers, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders. From an architecture perspective, I focus not only on implementing features but also on scalability, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability. For example, when designing microservices, I first evaluate factors such as business boundaries, NFRs, dependencies, operational complexity, and cost before deciding whether microservices or a modular monolith is the right approach. I’m now looking for a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead opportunity where I can contribute both hands-on development and technica
