Lori Gross performed admirably with our project. As a US resident and native English speaker, she was well-qualified for our task and clearly has many years of experience working with marketing materials and publishing. She kept in close communication throughout the project, informing us of her progress and asking questions needed to clarify our requirements. She completed the project ahead of schedule, despite a tight deadline. She took the initiative to identify errors in the document she was given and made corrections after getting our approval. She is conscientious, intelligent, and very professional. We are delighted to have found her and will ask her to do more work for us in the future.
