I have worked in an Office Manager role for 5 years altogether, this has given me experience in managing multi disciplinary teams, being involved in recruitment, managing resources and dealing with Human Resource matters such as disciplinary and absence monitoring. I also have experience in accounts function, including control and balancing of petty cash, purchasing and chasing outstanding payments. I have excellent computer skills and keyboard skills, I have continued to improve on these throughout my career and I am proficient in Microsoft packages such as Word,Excel and Powerpoint, I have used Outlook and Lotus notes for email and I have used bespoke financial ICT packages and can also use Sage and Quickbooks. I am use to working independently but also know when to seek clarification if required, my work experience proves that I am able to work under pressure. I am use to dealing with personnel issues and I am also confident when dealing with clients and employees. I have a good sense of humour and this is very important to have, I am flexible in my working hours. I have worked within many different sectors and levels of employees and feel that I am able to interact and work efficiently and effectively. Administration duties include minute taking,completing monthly management reports, letter writing, electronic and manual filing and PA to Directors when required. Since January 2012 I have been involved in the production planning to ensure that timescales are met and daily monitoring of project statuses, I have been involved in projects from start to end for set clients and have spent time inputting information to their websites.
