I am Crystal May T Nunez, a full time call center agent in the Customer Care Department. I studied Psychology and Elementary Education major in English. I have been in the BPO Industry for more than 4 years now and I can say that the most important thing that I learned and value in this type of work is Time and Customer Relations. Time is money, thus, I always make sure that I promptly take the call and provide accurate and helpful answers on client inquiries. Clear communication is important because it sets the correct expectation which gives client the impression that I care by providing them assistance in a timely manner. Having said that, I am sure that whenever I take on a project, I will make sure the I will complete it on or before the deadline and also communicate with the client (as needed) for the success of the project undertaken. Although I have a full time job, I have no problems in spending 2-3 hours to do part time writing jobs because: 1. My work is near where I live and 2. I have broadband internet access which allows me to be online almost 24/7; this means that I really have a lot of extra idle time. Moreover, I need this income booster to help support my 3 children as I am a solo parent - I do not receive any support from my estranged husband. My children are my driving force and my strength. They inspire me to do well in whatever endeavor I decide to take. They are also the reason why I am certain that in whatever I do, whatever that is, I will not screw it up. :)
