I graduated with a degree in Information Technology. After college, I then worked as a customer service representative for US accounts (from telecommunications to US Healthcare). At present, I am working as a Senior Data Management and Benefits Analyst where I do a lot of data processing and health benefits investigation. My current position requires us to be very detail-oriented and organized, and I can say these are my strengths. I also believe that these skills are needed if you are expecting error-free results.
