I believe that software development alone is not sufficient for most tasks, and that without a maintenance contract to cover your system there is a real risk of downtime to the solution. Therefore I can offer the following maintenance options: + Server hosting with 24x7 monitoring + Email support within 48 hours (4 hours for emergencies) + Regular onsite and offsite back ups + Bug fixes Enhancements would require a separate job. I stay with you for the duration of your application. The code that is produced is always kept tidy, and well structured. This makes maintainability much easier. The code is also as versatile as possible (partly to keep it reusable in other projects) but primarily to keep it flexible, and easy to extend and add additional functionality. I will be honest with you thoughout, and will keep you updated of progress during development and afterward during the maintenance phase.
