Roles and Responsibilities • Ensured network availability by troubleshooting connectivity issues for LAN and WAN, DATACENTER management. • Responsible to conduct analysis, prepare reports, and work on project implementation • Part of customer requirement and analysis call as well part of UAT call in go lives. • Part of technical transition team for project transition from Client to Service owner team. • Played key role in technical transition and requirement gathering • Responsible for technical deliveries as technical resource to across different regions overall glob. • Part of operations team and working across 24x7 rotational shifts for production support. • Responsible for project transition, migration, design and Implementation. • Working closely with transformation team for requirement analysis and Project + Infrastructure briefing along with other respective mates. • Working on new demands and infra changes as per client requirements. Technical Skill Sets • Routing: Dynamic routing protocols ( OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP) Cisco Routers ISR 1100 series, 800 series, 4100 Series device. • Switching: Spanning Tree Protocol, Gateway Redundancy Protocol - VLAN, VTP - having good expiring on LAN troubleshooting and Implementation. • Wireless: Cisco and Aruba wireless access point installation and troubleshooting, worked on CAPWAP (CISCO) and IAP, RAP (ARUBA Wireless) • Security: Site to Site VPN, IPSec tunnel, Remote VPN - SSL VPN implementation and troubleshooting experience on CISCO ASA and ForiGate Firewall (NGFW) • Datacenter: Cisco NXOS, R&S WAF, CISCO 4500 and 6500 models, DC NXOS upgrades. • Cloud: AWS EC2, VPC, ELB (Network related services ) • Web Application Firewall: Having beginner experience on Web Application Firewall, workflow creating, SSL certificate upgrade, and Web Application Go-live. • Proxy: Having experience on Zscaler Cloud Proxy management for end-users, Zapp, and user profiling troubleshoot experience. • InfoSec Tools: Worked on Mimecast - email security, SSO - Single Sign On management profile, Vulnerability management. • OEM exp – Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, R&S, Zscaler, Nexus & AWS Cloud servisses
