I love to laugh. I'm most at home outside. That's me above, taking a shadow selfie in one of my favorite places. I'm a highly sensitive person, an empath and an introvert. The holy trifecta. I come from a long line of healers. My mom's a nurse. My maternal great-grandmother, Flora, healed with cooking, sewing and was known to wrap a towel around her head and tell fortunes. I'm a self-taught artist and love playing in my studio with a good soundtrack.
