Change Labels including grammar mistakes on website

This is our second time working with Ms Zalina and before creating the job we had agreed on the job scope as well as the pricing and a pricing which she had quoted based on the job scope given. Along the way we were informed she had taken other jobs and we are paying her pittance and she is unable to complete. Communication had stopped and we were not aware if she was working or not. Very unprofessional. Shouldn't accept pittance amount and later complain.
