communication a big issue. I paid $40, however the original bid was for 20 and as the freelancer was not sure about he can do the job or not, he first did the job and then we came to award, milestone etc. He did offer a refund, but not sure how that woks with freelances.com. As per the freelancer he changed the bid after his 1st bid and before our 1st communication and I was able to confirm that it was after his 1st bid, but not the actual time (this is something that freelancer.com lacks)
