Asia Network of Caregivers for CEDC, herein referred to as ANoCC is an Asian region non-profit making, non-political, non-partisan and non-sectarian organization composed of members and organizations dealing with children issues. It shall work with government Ministries and Institutions, International and Local NGOs, and other relevant local organizations to achieve its objectives. They are located in Phnom Penh Capital, Kingdom of Cambodia.
