Image Editing Script Needed • $230 USD

Where should I start? The programmer was weeks behind schedule, and delivered a product that quite simply, didn't work. Totally my fault for releasing payment, I simply trusted someone I shouldn't have. Oh, I'm sure he'll have something creative to justify his junk product, or disappearance, the scammers in our world always do. After I created a dispute, he finally completed the project, or so he said. I took his word the script worked, in reality it never did. So what was I supposed to do? I cancelled the dispute, and Freelancer offers no other solutions once you do. I have made numerous attempts to contact him, with not one reply since he was paid. Lesson learned on my part, I hope anyone reading this learns from my mistakes. Enjoy your 230$ Nayeem, it cost you thousands in repeat work and possibly a lot of work, by future customers, who read my feedback.
