About Me
SKILLS: Copywriting - Video editing - Web design - Dev --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have a BS in Marketing & Advertisement and currently getting a [login to view URL] in Software Engineering. As ad agency digital creative I have won a Silver Lion in the 57th International Cannes Ad Festival, in France. I have been 4 out of 4 times finalist in the local Young Lions Competition, and winner in 2011, representing my country on the International Young Lions Cyber Contest. I have been awarded on international festival such as Effie Awards and Volcán in Costa Rica, Antigua Festival in Guatemala, Ojo de Ibeoramérica in Argentina, among others. I have worked with international brands such as Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, Captain Morgan, PlayStation, and also with some of the biggest Costa Rican brands such as Dos Pinos, Florida Bebidas (Bavaria, Rock Ice, Heineken, Tropical, Maxxx Energy), Hyundai, Grupo Nación, Banco de Costa Rica, INS, KFC, Quiznos among others. I co-founded WHY Ideas, a experimental startup that launched Tweet Land, the first game that plays with reality, a Twitter-based social game for iOS. By this project I have been interviewed twice on CNN,Wired UK, [login to view URL], San Francisco Chronicle among others. This same year Tweet Land is invited to be part of the annual report \"Future of Gaming\" from PSFK, the second most important marketing site according to AdAge.
