I am PhD Food Technologist whose area of work had been into product development of cereals, pulses and Oilseeds. I have worked as a Quality and Food Safety professional with top global nutrition and health company and a chocolate company. I have also worked with a global Food Testing and certification company. Currently, I am working as a freelancer conducting supplier audits and also providing support in QFS to companies as and when required. I specialise in food safety, but have experience in many other sectors of the food industry.
