THE BEST IS WHAT THE CUSTOMER DESERVE. The customer sits at the apex of the ladder in the food chain cycle. This does not in any way relegate the service provider to the background. Their relationship should be commensal. Each delivering his or her responsibilities as at when due. The service provider must give the best quality and on-time while the customer must reciprocate by timely and full payment. In this way, each gets maximum satisfaction and a synergy is achieved.
